The Train Has Left the Station

The trunk show train has pulled away and is off to a good start! On August 9th I launched my two new lines at J&R Grimsmo where we had a very successful night and we are hoping to do it again: Nearer to Christmas this time - a shopping party!

The following week I headed down to Cape Breton for a family wedding and my first ever Cape Breton trunk show at Salty Rose’s in Ingonish. It was another excellent night of jewels and socializing. The shop looks so wonderful and Caitlyn and I have been talking about making the Angela Grace Jewelry trunk show an annual event.

There has been one glitch in  the smooth procession of my trunk show tour so far and it was the flu. Last Saturday it got me and it stayed all week long. Sigh. I’m glad that it’s over now and I still have plenty of time to prepare for the Two If By Sea/Halifax Crafters Pop Up Shop in Dartmouth on September 7th. Should be a pretty great show and it’s always fantastic to get caught up with old friends while surrounded by handmade items of beauty. Grab a coffee and join us in Dartmouth on September 7th from 8 to 5!

In the meantime, Krista Comeau of Fashion East came by J&R Grimsmo on August 9th and took some rather lovely photos. You can catch them here if you haven’t already seen them.

The Coast was also kind enough to write a little blurb about my shows and you can check it out  here.
