Whew, there has been a lot going on these days. As of last week you can find Angela Grace Jewelry at Salty Rose’s in Ingonish, Cape Breton! If you haven’t been, Salty Rose’s is a charming shop dealing in fabulous locally made crafts owned and operated by Caitlyn Purcell of Caitlyn Rose Jewellery. Next week I am heading home to Cape Breton for a wedding at the Louisbourg Playhouse (oh, and it’s my birthday next week too). Following that is the Wolfville Arts Festival on July 27th, hosted this year by Luckett Vineyards in the heavenly Gaspereau Valley. I’ll be there with my jewels and am looking forward to another day spent in the Valley, not to mention the wonderful wines produced at Luckett Vineyards.
Jana Bookholt from Swaine Street Woodworking has arranged a trunk show at Dots & Loops in Lunenburg on August 10th. There are a whole slew of talented artists participating and Angela Grace will most definitely be there. The next week it’s back to Cape Breton for my cousin’s wedding in beautiful Ingonish and a whirlwind tour around the Cabot Trail with stops in Whale Cove and Inverness.
In between all of this fun I’ll be working like mad to plan and create for the trunk shows I am putting together in San Francisco and Los Angeles in October. I’m really looking forward to getting back to California, spending some more time exploring LA, meeting new artists and visiting with my baby brother and his girlfriend in San Francisco. So much to look forward to!

Finally I’d like to say that in honour of seeing Dr. John this Friday, opening night of the Halifax Jazz Festival, I am having a sale of 25% off all Bronze jewelry at J&R Grimsmo and on my Etsy page. Don’t miss out!
