Phew, it's been a while! This has been an awesome and very busy season.
Thanks to my generous clients we raised a tidy little heap of non-perishables for the food bank! I was pretty darn proud and I was happy to see the name of my friend and colleague, Jen Bennet, drawn for the sterling silver fox ring. I know that she'll wear it in good health!
I had the opportunity to work with a lovely couple to design and create some very special wedding rings. Now they are off in Australia getting hitched and I thought I would share the lovely Lara's elegant wedding ring with you. It is made from 14K yellow gold, 14K rose gold and an Akoya pearl. Very ladylike indeed.
And since we are heading on into a brand New Year, why not take that opportunity to sign up for my ring making course at the Nova Scotia Centre for Craft and Design. I can only take 8 students, so it will be a small class, but I think we'll have heaps of fun twisting our brains and haunting our dreams for amazing and out of this world designs. Give Alexis (the studio coordinator) at NSCCD a call after New Year's day, but don't wait too long, class starts January 20th!
Happy New Year Everyone! I hope this one is filled with health and happiness for you all! XO
